Former Trump Administration ICE Director Tom Homan Endorses Ford O'Connell for State House

Lee County, Fla. – Former Trump ICE Director Tom Homan has enthusiastically endorsed Ford O’Connell for State House.

Former Director Tom Homan said: “Without hesitation I endorse Ford O’Connell for Florida House District-77. I know that Ford possesses the skills and devotion that will help make our country stronger and secure our borders.  He understands that you cannot have true national security if you don’t have border security.  Ford O’Connell is the right man at this crucial time. He believes in the rule of law and will put America first. I’ve seen Ford’s work on behalf of the Trump administration and through his appearances over the years on Fox News.  He speaks the truth and does not hesitate to say what needs to be said despite the controversy. I know him to be the real deal. This is someone I know and trust. More can be done to stop the assault on our borders at the state level, and Ford will get the job done in Florida. I enthusiastically endorse Ford O’Connell for Florida House District-77. He is the guy that will get it done.”

O’Connell’s response: “I am humbled and honored to receive Tom’s endorsement. Director Homan was the person in whom President Trump had complete trust on illegal immigration and border security, and to have Tom’s seal of approval on these issues in Florida means the world to me. Director Homan’s experience and expertise in this area is unparalleled, and he is someone I respect tremendously.”
